Meet The Team

We like to think of ourselves as being approachable and professional, we provide a premium service and the people you meet at the start of the project will be there to support you until the end.

Our North East based team have been meticulously selected for their skills, talent, qualifications and experience. Our staff includes project managers, creative graphic designers, front and back end web developers, web analysts and search engine optimisation experts.

Unlike larger agencies where you rarely speak to the same person twice all our clients point’s of contact are handled through one person – who happens to be our over worked Creative Director, Richard. Richards background and experience across a multitude of disciplines make him the ideal candidate to be with the client from the start of the project to the finish. Plus, have you ever tried speaking to a developer???? They have their own language…

There’s also Gayle who is the back bone of the company. Gayle is the account manager and she makes sure that things run as smoothly as they can and chases payment with the few naughty people who, shall we say, are a little behind.. She also is the coordinator of our Social Media team.

If we sound like good fit, why not get in touch to have a chat about how we can help you!

RichardRichard

Creative Director

Richard formed NEDC in 2012 after the company he was working for closed down and he was made redundant. Rather than taking this lying down he bought the closing companies database of clients (ironically the one he had built up himself) and set up on his own!

Passionate about all things creative Richard combines over 2 decades worth of experience in Graphic Design, Web Design, Print, Illustration and Marketing to bring NEDC’s clients the end product that they need.

He’s also tea total (though does like a pint or 2 of Real Ale once in a blue moon) has a sweet tooth and is a massive Geek, knowing far too much about Doctor Who, Star Wars and Star Trek than is good for a man of his age.

por-5Gayle

Account Manager

Gayle is the back bone of NEDC. She makes sure that that projects are completed on time, accounts are paid on time and that everything runs smoothly – even if it does mean that nobody goes home and we all live on black coffee!

She’s very passionate about what she does and her attention for detail is almost obsessive. She know nothing about how websites are built but is very keen on how they work for the client (and our clients clients).

por-3Abbie

Designer

Abbie is a very experienced web designer. Her first project was to produce a website for Manchester University’s Bio-Science department . Since then Abbie has designed and managed websites for many clients from many different sectors.

Abbie is very experienced with all the latest web design standards. She is also very proficient with graphic design programs and can design anything from leaflets and flyers to CD covers.

Her tastes in music are strange and she has been banned from choosing what we listen to in the office.

por-4Sam

Junior Designer

Sam is the youngest member of the team, and what he lack’s in experience he more than makes up for in ability. His keen eye for design and colour are what makes our designs so successful.

His enthusiasm in infectious when something new comes along.

When not busy learning everything he can he’s often found talking about geeky things with Richard.

por-2Zoe

Dog’s Body

We suppose the PC term for Zoe is the Office Manager. She basically does what we know should be done, but don’t because we are too busy (or can’t be bothered as she calls it).

When she’s not busy picking up after us lot she’s the one we turn to for organising our websites to be tested. As she says “I’m neither interested or care about all that technical stuff you lot do, all I want is a site to do what I want when I want!” That’s just the attitude we need to test what we do – as if she cant find what we ask her to find in 3 click then the sites no good.

When she not battling through the stuff we give her to do she’s battling the weeds in her garden.
